Pilot dashboard
Two hundred bands. Six weeks.
The pilot programme, read the way the product reads a person: what actually happened, what is still learning, and what we refused to claim. Every figure is illustrative demo data.

What the pilot is telling us
- People press the band far more in meetings than on the move. Capture is a work habit first.
- The word people trust most in Body is “usual”. Anything that sounds clinical loses them.
- Nobody asked for a score. Several asked why a number moved.
- Arabic capture with two speakers is the hardest case and the most used in leadership cohorts.
- Being told “I do not have enough to answer that yet” increased trust in later answers.
What we changed because of it
Removed the readiness score
Replaced with the three statuses and a personal range, after 31 of 48 leaders read the score as medical.
Capture stages made literal
The four stages now report only what has actually happened. No progress is estimated.
Learning state, no countdown
Users without enough valid history see observations and “Learning your pattern”.
Arabic first, not translated later
Arabic and right-to-left ship in the same release as English.
In the pilot's own words
“I stopped taking notes in supplier meetings. The brief is what I would have written.”
Khalid · leadership
“It told me it did not know. That is when I started believing the rest.”
Sara · operations
“The band being the only way to start recording is the reason my team accepted it.”
Omar · commercial
“It reads like someone who knows my week, not like a health report.”
Fatima · personal
